Job Duty
-
Day-to-day activities will include financial analysis and modeling, creating and preparing presentations, company and industry research, and interacting with partners and clients, among other activities.

Support research and communication of findings on macro trends, market considerations;
-
Assist in deal execution, and on-going portfolio management;
-
Conduct due diligence for potential new investments, including market research and analysis of industry trends, financial modeling, and valuation;

Develop detailed financial models for financing;
-
Analyze operational forecasts and budgets for active and potential investments;
-
Prepare presentation materials for the firm and its portfolio companies;
-
Conduct company-specific due diligence and valuation analysis, input and maintenance of investment models, portfolio data and supporting analytics;

Maintain cordial cooperative relationship with brokers, investment bankers and target company management teams;

Monitor investment holdings, exposure forecasting, valuation input and post investment management.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
-
Undergraduate degree in finance, business or economics
-
1-2 years of investment banking, private equity or M&A/corporate development experience
-
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Excel, in particular)

Working towards CFA designation
-
Communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to / foster a constructive and positive culture

Ability to work effectively and prioritize multiple projects or work in a high-pressure environment
Nice to Have

CFA
-
Experience using Bloomberg, Capital IQ and/or other financial databases

Bilingual skills: Mandarin or Cantonese
